Once it fails, it will seriously prevent production. What faults are often encountered during the use of the fully automatic cable terminal machine, as well as fault analysis and solutions.

1. The blocking length of the electronic line is different

• a. It may be that the wire feeding wheel is pressed too tightly or too loosely; adjust the straightener to have the straightening effect and the principle of smooth feeding.
• b. The cutting edge is worn or the edge of the cutting edge is worn; replace the cutting knife with a new one.

2. The length of the peeling opening is different

• a. The wire feed wheel is pressed too tightly or loosely; adjust the space between the two wheels with a fine adjustment piece of the wire rolling wheel so that the wire is not squashed and slips too loose.
• b. The cutting and stripping knife cuts too shallow or too deep; adjust the knife edge to the proper position with the cutting knife depth adjustment piece, and the copper wire is not damaged and the rubber can be dropped smoothly.
• c. The cutting and stripping knife is worn or the cutting edge; replace with a new cutting blade.

3. The machine cannot start the work or the work is suspended

• a. Check whether there is current input (220V) and 6KG air pressure;
• b. Check whether the set total quantity has arrived, if it arrives, set it from the beginning and restart it after power off;
• c. Check that there is a wireless material or a certain part of the work is stuck;
• d. Check whether the terminal machine has signal connection or power supply connection, which leads to the terminal machine not being pressed.

4. Uneven copper wires exposed on crimping terminals

• a. Check whether the gun-shaped swing arm catheter is attached to the wire;
• b. Check whether the knife edge of the terminal machine is relatively straight with the swing arm conduit;
• c. Check whether the auxiliary pressure block of the terminal machine is loose;
• d. Check whether the interval between the terminal machine and the automatic machine has changed.

5. The terminal machine is very noisy

• It is normal for the terminal machine to show slight noise. If the noise is too loud, it may be:a. There is wear and tear between certain parts and components of the terminal machine, which leads to increased conflicts;
• b. The screw of the terminal machine is loose during operation, which causes the vibration of the parts to become larger.

6. The motor of the terminal machine does not rotate

• Check whether the position of the stripper of the terminal machine is correct, and whether the fuse is burned out.

7. The terminal machine shows continuous hitting

• a. Check whether the switch near the main shaft of the terminal machine is damaged, perhaps the screw is loose;
• b. Check whether the circuit board and pedal of the terminal machine are broken;
• c. Check whether the spring of the movable rod of the terminal machine is dropped or cracked and loses elasticity, and whether the movable rod is damaged.

8. The terminal machine does not respond

• a. Check whether the power cord of the terminal machine is connected or whether there is a problem with the line;
• b. Check whether the circuit board of the terminal machine is intact and damaged;
• C. Check whether each switch of the terminal machine can be used;
• d. Check whether the pedal of the terminal machine is burned out;
• e. Check whether the electromagnet of the terminal machine is still magnetic or not burned.
